The importance of a good school climate in the effective functioning of the school unit and its position as an axis and evaluation indicator in the “Evaluation of School Units, of the Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports and the Institute of Educational Policy is the content of this study . The need for the instrumental use of assessment to investigate good school climate is investigated and emphasized. The ultimate purpose of this evaluation is to highlight and address the weaknesses presented in the Greek Education System for its quality upgrade for the benefit of Greek children and all those who benefit from Greek Education.
